Dear Sirs,
as you know, the cell references itself for the action buttons are not dynamic, only if using the named ranges.
As you are updating PAfE and lots of things in the back-end, is it possible to give the possibility of dynamic cell references for the action buttons too?
The example:
You want to use an action button with some parameters.
These parameters are in cells, at the same sheet or in a hidden sheet, it doesnt matter.
As soon as you insert or remove a row or column, your reference is being changed.
The issue is, for the action button, the reference is still the same, so in this case, you get an error from your process or from "moving to a new sheet" that for this "cell" there is no content.
It doesnt matter if the cell reference is absolute or variable, with "$" or without.
For the action button it is still the "old" reference.
If you use the named ranges, there is no problems with the update of the cells, however, if you don't use it, there is an issue with this, so you have to update the cell references for your buttons manually.
I know this issue from the tm1-version 9.5.2 but also for the current one: 2.1.6 and 2.0.9.20 and 2.0.9.99 (PAfE and Perspectives).
Thank you very much.
With best regards,
Vitalij
