Drive Explorer performance increase in Planning Analytics On Cloud

As from Nov 2025 IBM have decommissioned PA rich tiers we are facing performance issues when we are working with Planning Analytics drive explorer.

When we are selecting anything in drive explorer or typing something there is lag between text showing in PA drive explorer. Also when we are deleting logs in large numbers we are not able to select more than one files at one time, we need to be click on each and every file checkbox.

Due to lag we its taking more time perform cleanup activities as well as there is slowness when we are performing any activity in S drive.

PFB IBM case for reference where IBM have also found that there is lag when typing text and showings it in Drive explorer.
