Configurable timeout setting for transitioning between TM1 admin servers in PAW.

When a TM1 admin server is offline, PAW would try to receive a response from an offline TM1 admin server (which it can't respond) and then wait for the response to timeout before moving onto the next TM1 admin server causing slowness in PAW.

In the organizations where servers are paused and resumed daily based on requirements, how can this issue be resolved? We may have few admin servers offline each day.

Rather than validating the health in a serial way, is it possible if it can be validated it in parallel - this will reduce the validation time as well
