Chore overview to be available in a tabular view

Currently chores need to be opened to see the time at which they are scheduled.

In most cases an administrator needs to look at a review of all chores to see when they are scheduled to run i.e. a table of Chore Name, Active Indicator, Frequency, Scheduled Time, Commit mode etc.

The user should be able to sort that table e.g. by earliest Scheduled Time to see the sequence of events.

This option could be added to the kebab menu similar to other detailed areas like managing users.

In larger environments where there are many DBs/Instances, being able to get an overview of scheduled chores is even more critical as the administrators would need to consider how to sequence chores to avoid overlap and potential resource bottlenecks.

The uploaded image shows a basic mockup of what the overview could look like.

    It may also be useful to have checkboxes like other areas in PAW to multi-select chores and be able to deactivate or activate them together. May assist with the DST issues where this may need to be done individually or via a 3rd party tool.
