Cognos Command Center 10.2.5 IF3 default login issue


We have upgraded Cognos Command Center product from 10.2.4 IF17 to 10.2.5 IF3 version last month. While login into CCC client, we are experiencing an issue.

Scenarios:
1. If we are clicking directly on login with default setting as standard process, it is giving error message "Server is not responding at localhost:9001" and not able to login.
2. If we are changing any of the options for e.g. in User Name, Host, Port etc.. I am just giving backspace for one of the letter and keep back to original, trying to login. Able to login into CCC.

I have attached herewith cmplst.txt file from upgraded version for your reference.

This observation is very weird. Since there is no proper resolution provided by IBM support team and not considered as defect too. But there should be some proper resolution steps to overcome this issue which is currently not available. Then how to resolve our issue, as we cannot proceed for Production upgrade. Kindly check and suggest to fix this issue.

    This appears to be a product configuration issue or technical problem. not an enhancement request. Please continue to work with IBM Support on this issue.
