Add a custom currency format display for all views in Cube Viewer

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

There is an issue with the Cube Viewer in Planning Analytics for Excel and the currency format. Irrespective of the language settings the shown currency is dollar $.

Through "Customize Format" there is an option of changing this to EUR (see picture). Nevertheless, this format is not being saved and the idea is to allow this custom format save in Cube Viewer.

A similar idea was set to "not considered" in 2020:

Hoping this to be accepted in 2025 :)

    An Addition:

Currency display does not correspond to Windows’ regional format, but indeed seems to be fixed to USD ($) – this is a product error from my point of view, which should be corrected.

As long as a custom format (e.g. with € instead of $) cannot be saved as default for all views, custom format definition is near to useless from my point of view and no acceptable workaround for the display of a wrong currency
