Size and position of pop-up being flexible in PAW

Hello,

It would be very useful to have the possibility to resize and to move the pop-ups being popped from one position to another per Drag&Drop.

For now, the pop-up is coming to the center of the screen and you can only cancel or confirm this, however, not moving. Sometimes is this pop-up small, sometimes it is very big. It depends on the topic, where to come. Being to big, it is also only possible to cancel or to confirm it, but not to resize.

Maybe there are also other properties that would be nice and they come in the comments below, but for now, these 2 topics are important.

The one example for moving the pop-up would be now in the MDX-Viewer in the view.
You get the message and you cannot move it. I would see such a feature as you have it in other tools or programs. You can drop the window and move it to another position and resize it as you need.
