Ability to see and manage application folder in PAW

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Currently you only see the websheets In Reports and analysis and not the same folder structure as you see in TM1web which organizes certain views for different task and departments to utilize. Some users use the websheets heavily, but others use various views, processes, or text files. If this isn't available then at least in data and models we would need to ability to manage the current folder structure which is easily maintained by moving views into folders on the RichTier and right click to maintain security.
