Format Manager and read only vs rule calculated cell formats

The new format manager functionality introduced in version 101/2/3 is great and allows more flexibility on the formatting of read-only and rule-derived cells. Where a cell is rule-derived and read-only, the new behaviour will now format the cell as rule-derived and not as read-only (as it was in the past, prior to this change). Please could a toggle option be added to prioritise read-only over rule-derived where necessary - i.e. a toggle, by view, on which should take precedence. There are good use-cases for both.
