TM1 Web - Web sheets do not display borders

In TM1 Web, dynamic reports do not display borders correctly as designed in PAX. As a user interface this is not acceptable.

The users utilize TM1 Web to review financial results and then export to PDF to provide reports for Executive meetings. IBM Support suggests "make the borders bigger" in order for the display to be correct. This is not acceptable since when the report is exported, the borders are now too big on a PDF.

    Additional information on this issue. Custom reports have the same issue that the borders do not display correctly.
