Manage existing FT accounts and create new ones in PAA Administration

IBM changed all existing FTPS/SFTP accounts connection to ft-eu.planning-analytics.cloud.ibm.com

After the change, customers are able to create new FT accounts and apply ACLs to them, that way you can limit required access to desired folders only.

Currently there is no way directly manage existing FT accounts or create new ones, without help of IBM Support.

Could it be possible to add manage FT accounts section to PAA Administration?
This could be similar interface what was previously for reseting password for the remote desktop users (which actually still appears in PAA Administration).

By default the FT account name is fs_prefix or ft_prefix, where prefix is the prefix of PA connection url, for example https://customerA.planning-analytics.ibmcloud.com

There is an internal secure method that ft account will get locked temporarily, if multiple connection attempts is made with wrong password.

This will leave an open "vulnerability" to someone harmfully lock out other customer's account, if they know the prefix of customer PA environment.

If you could change the default FT account name in PAA Administration to some other, then it would be nearly impossible to guess other PA environments FT account name and this way to lock others FT account's.
