Dimension Editing in PAW needs more Safeguards to Prevent Catastrophic changes

It is far to eash to "corrupt" a dimension in PAW. Others have noted that defaulting to dimension editing when double-clicking could allow admins to inadvertently make changes. The warning about immediately applying changes is helpful.

My specific issue is that I often copy and paste elements as children in a dimension. If I inadvertently paste into an existing N-Level element, the element is immediately converted to a C-Level, and all previous data entered at N-Level is gone - perhaps from lots of cubes that share the dimension.

This error needs more guardrails. A popup that says "WARNING: pasting this element will convert your Leaf Level element to a Consolidation, and ALL EXISTING DATA WILL BE LOST! Press Yes if that was your intent, or No to cancel the paste".

Current work around is to Reserve the dimension before editing, and then committing. Perhaps that should be the default behavior.

Under review, better handling of the dimension members will be available.
