Users to Upload files in Action Button in PAW

In V12.5.0, security changes were made so that non-admin users are no longer able to upload CSV/Files in an action button within the PAW interface. Now only admin users can upload files with a PAW action button.

Within out region, we have several clients who rely on the capability for non-admin users to update their data sets with CSV uploads into a TI process. While we only have one client on v12.5.0, this has already become a major pain point for them.

There should be a mechanism to allow non admin users access to a particular folder within the File Manage that can be used for uploading files.

We use this functionality for consolidation models where individual non-admin users submit their trial balance via action button for consolidation purposes. With this functionality gone from 12.5, we cannot upgrade and have to remain on 12.4.x, as they will otherwise lose a major benefit of the model. With them not being able to upgrade, they cannot use the transaction log, as that is not functional in the older 12.4 versions. Please can this be prioritised urgently!
