Backup in V12 - allow to exclude files/folders

In Planning Analytics V12, when an administrator requests a backup, it includes all server files, as well as the contents of File Space (which can be browsed using File Explorer).
However, this area can contain many files that are not required to be included in a backup - For example files imported into a model can be saved in a 'history' folder to keep track of what happened, and do not need to be kept in a backup.

Therefore, it would be very useful to be able to exclude certain folders, files or files patterns from the Backup scope. These exclusions could be defined in a ".bkpignore" file located in the root folder of the File system system, so that an administrator could easily customise its content.
The syntax of this file's contents could follow the same pattern as the '.gitignore' file : see <definition>.

Updated to future consideration. There are a number of configuration options for TM1 12 backups that might be useful in addition to excluding folders. For example, it might be useful to clear credentials stored with TI processes.
