Ability to hide PAW reports while users still having access through Plan

In our Contributor application, once a budget was submitted our users were unable to make edits to the data. This allowed us to rest easy that no further edits were made to the data after a plan was submitted and approved. In Planning Analytics Workspace Plans, users can submit their plan but they are still able to get to the underlying reports and perform data entry there. It would be nice to have the ability to hide the underlying reports from users views, but the Plan requires users have access to the report in order to include them. 

Cognos Analytics has the option to make an object hidden or also set the permission on the object to "Execute/Traverse" while not being readable by the users. Either of those options would be beneficial in Planning Analytics.
