Planning Analytics - Identify which PAW books are being used

Across large environments and a large user base, many PAW books will be developed and being produced over time. In current stage information is available when the PAW book has been modified the last time. Understanding when the PAW book was accessed from which user the last time would be beneficial in order to clean up environments and PAW books that haven't been in use over a long period. Cleaning up a large environment that exists over a long time is especially important when preparing for cloud migration. Assuming lots of clients might be in a similar situation.

In the same boat. I have replicated dashboards my business previously utilised Tableau for and enhanced them. One question that continually arises is how many users are accessing the new dashboards. However the only insight we can currently offer is last logins of users to infer potential usage. Not great.
