API access to IBM Planning Analytics Workspace objects

Using v12 we can use ExecuteHttpRequest to interact with the IBM Planning Analytics REST API to interact with TM1 Server endpoints.

As it stands we access Workspace book specification via a keyboard shortcut "Control + Q + /" as per IBM tech note: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-capture-book-specification-planning-analytics-workspace

Currently we use this to easily transfer book specifications between books/ instances and also to find/ replace variables/ settings and maintain a consistent look and feel and functionality across the Workspace estate.

With JSON functions available in v12 and ExecuteHTTPRequest I would like CRUD functionality against this book specification and ideally against Workspace as a whole (i.e. access to create a new workbook for example)
