LogOutput in TI processes outputs no line when the string is empty

Following support ticket TS020585947 (October 2025)

The function LogOutput can be very useful to print to the TM1 server message log certain messages. Such as a parameter value from the user, a certain intermediate result, variable values for debugging, etc.

However, when the string to be output is empty, there is no LogOutput line in the TM1s.log file. The underlying framework does nothing, basically, instead of outputting a simple empty line. In that case at least we know that the output is an empty string, instead of seeing nothing. I was puzzled when I saw nothing and hence I created the ticket. I cannot think of a reason why the underlying framework would not just output an empty string. Surely performance cannot be a reason. What would be the reason? In any case, to me it makes sense to output an empty string in case the string to be outputted is truely empty.

The alternative is that we must add code to make sure that EVERY possible string is for certain not empty. This leads to more code (unneeded), more hardcoded bits in the code, etc.
