Make user last login date/time available in control cubes and UI

Why is this useful?
Currently, user last login information is only available via the Admin Portal and requires manual export. Exposing this data in control cubes and the UI removes the need for exports and enables automation, reporting, and governance.
Who benefits?
Planning Analytics administrators managing user access and inactivity.
How should it work?
Store each user’s last successful login date/time as system metadata accessible via control cubes, and ideally display it in the Planning Analytics UI for easy viewing, sorting, and filtering.
