Excel Loads should only re-assess Mappings if needed

Using Excel as a datasource results in Mapping warning messages when the source file is replaced between loads. The messages ask for a Yes No resolution and both options change the mapping (one is for the Automatic Re-Mapping, the other leads to a Manual revisit of the Mapping). Both result in a departure from the pre-existing mapping, even if that is still valid for the new data.

The preferred behaviour for Excel would be as per CSV, which does not prompt like this unless the mapping cannot be implemented.

Presently, straight-through processing of Excel output from remote ERP instance is complicated by this unneeded prompt. Converting Excel to CSV to avoid the prompt requires extra scripting. With the prompt in place, there is a likelihood of the load definition itself being inadvertantly changed as part of a routine load.

Strangely, the prompt does not surface, if new detail lines are copied into an existing file, rather than overwriting the old file with the new one. This approach is also too messy.
