PAW to read PAW.PS1 config at start up

Our expectation was that changing a setting in the PAW.PS1 config file would automatically apply that setting when the box or Docker was restarted.

That does not happen. We changed Application Gateway (why isn't this called TM1Web or Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services?) in the PAW.PS1 config to link to a load balancer but unknown to us it was still going direct to TM1Web. We found that we had to open the PAW Admin Tool and click Update before the setting changed in wherever it is held internally in PAW.

Surely it would not take much time to read from PAW.PS1 everytime PAW starts?
