Managing private books in personal folders in Planning Analytics Workspace during asset migration.

Raising this enhancement on behalf of Huntsman team:

Currently when migrating assets via LifeCycle Management in PA workspace, one of the limitation indicates:

"You can migrate assets that exist in the Shared folder or in your Personal folder. You cannot migrate assets that exist in other users' Personal folders."

However we need a way to manage user personal folders as this is needed to complete migrating PAw local books to Cloud.

Due to some modifications in the User Access Management (not controlled by TM1 team), Business users lost access to the PA (removed from client dimension) and PAW. Consequently, this has resulted in the unintended deletion of all PAW resources saved within their personal folders. There was no way to restore the personal books from backup. Can this we consider this request, so that we can avoid such cases in future.

This would be really helpful please - in older versions of PAW it was possible to see a "Users" folder which enabled Administrators to be able to see and migrate Personal assets of other users, but this is no longer available and feels like a bit of a step backwards. Please let's have this back!
