Customizing the IBM Planning Analytics Workspace login page

Good morning,

at Deutsche Bahn, various applications are made available centrally via short links. This allows end users to quickly and intuitively find their applications, for example as follows:

The websites made available via these short links are strictly checked for compliance with Deutsche Bahn’s style guide.

Currently, PAW does not offer any way to customize the login screen, so all requests to create short links are centrally rejected. As we use PAW as a central hub for a wide range of applications, this has a significant impact on PAW’s usability and its acceptance.

We therefore need the ability to customize the following points on the login screen:

  • Favicon (DB logo in the browser tab next to the website title)

  • Browser tab title

  • Background image or custom color gradient

  • Logo on the home page

  • Text between the logo and login options (Currently displaying: Welcome to IBM Planning Analytics)
