Apply format to cube viewer based on MDX template parameters

When adding a member format within the format manager, when selecting from the member list any elements in the dimension/hierarchy selected are present, and so to are member calculations.

What isn't available to select is an MDX Template Variable. Could we add an option to select a format based on an MDX Template Variable.

Example

In the attachments I have a version dimension, which has a "multiple" selector tile to let the user select a base version and target version. I have then created a MDX Template variable to pick up these selections, <Scenario1> & <Scenario2>.

I have then added these to the synchronized MDX View as
Select {<Scenario1>, <Scenario2>}.....

This works great and if I change the selectors the view updates. However I want <Scenario1> format to be different to <Scenario2>. There isn't an option for this. When I go to the format manager for a view and add a member format, the only selections I can make are named elements in the dimension and calculated members. I cannot select a MDX Template variable and it useful if we could.

To mitigate I can create a calculated member to refer to the MDX Template variable, using WITH MEMBER [Version].[Version].[Scenario1] As <Scenario1> but that creates 2 limitations
1) Removes writeback capability
2) The element name cannot be displayed on the view
