MDX does not work for users with limited access to elements in dimensions if MDX reference element is not accessible to user

In PA v12 MDX does not work for users with limited access to elements in dimensions if MDX reference element is not accessible to user. Same works in v11.

For example, if user is not having access to "top_elem" in the dimension "dim" but has access to descendants in v11 the user can see the set of elements whereas in v12 it returns a blank set.

In v11 similar MDX is used almost in all reports as it allows to create views that can be shared with users with different level of access.

In v12 we are forced to use a workaround and it requires significant development efforts, especially when user impersonation has been removed in v12, there is no easy way to mimic user access.

We really want this functionality to work as before, the workaround provided by support to give read access to all elements in the dimension and then introduce cell security in not a viable option. It will create an extra overhead.

This was an intentional change to improve security in TM1 12.
