Self-service daily backup status visibility for Planning Analytics Cloud

Hi IBM team,

We are looking for IBM to provide a customer-accessible way to confirm daily backup status at the data tier, without having to open a support case.

At minimum, administrators should be able to see, per Agent and per TM1 database: last backup completion timestamp, backup result (success / failure / partial), and backup size — with an indication of whether the backup met its expected daily schedule.

Any of the following delivery methods would satisfy the need, in order of preference:

  1. A queryable API endpoint (preferred — allows integration into existing customer monitoring)

  2. A scheduled automated status report

  3. A status dashboard in the administration UI
