Language of PAX interface

PAX plugin takes the setting from operating system. In my client's company, users in Germany have by default their Windows Display Language set to German and they cannot change it as they don't have administration access to their laptops. So then, even though the users have everything in Excel set to English, the Planning Analytics ribbon is only part of Excel that is in German as it takes the setting from Windows and not from Excel. For us, it would make more sense to take the setting from Excel as the users could then easily switch the languages and the UI of PAX would correspond with the rest of Excel UI. My client's company is spread across several countries and every country has the Windows language set to their local language. Then, when the users from different countries are presenting or doing some exercise with each other, each of them has the plugin in different language and it's not so easy to cooperate. 

I know that there's this possibility to delete locale folders from PAX installation directory to force the plugin to use English, but as I said, the users don't have administration rights to their laptop so they cannot delete these folders. For us, it would make more sense for PAX plugin to take the language from Excel setting, not from Windows setting.

    Same for us, in a multinational organization the current implementation makes no sense, matching the Excel language seems like the ideal solution

    Hi everybody, in my company we do have the same issue and to change the regional settings to English US is a workaround but not a solution and has consequences. In the Standups we are often sharing screens and it is hard to follow up on a topic with all this different languages. And switching the Region first takes time for all participants.
