Extend Existing Chart Tooltips with User-Defined Member Information

Dear team,
Description

PAW already provides automatically generated tooltips for charts. However, the information displayed in these tooltips is currently largely determined by the visualization itself.

It would be useful to extend the existing chart tooltip functionality by allowing users to add custom member properties and attributes to the automatically generated tooltip.

For example, an automatically generated tooltip could currently contain:

MassachusettsRevenue: 12.4 M

Users should be able to extend this with additional member information:

MassachusettsRevenue: 12.4 M
Currency: USDVP: VP1Default Plant: Plant ADescription: A local organizational unit within the East Region...

Ideally, this could use the same member properties and attributes that are already available for the Cube Viewer member tooltip, and potentially also support a configurable tooltip template.

This would retain the existing automatically generated chart tooltip while giving users the option to add additional business and master-data information relevant to the displayed member.
