Ability to see drivers selected after a data source has been created

After a data source is created, admin users are unable to see the driver that was selected for each data source.  You only get to see the driver during creation.  This issue was highlighted when checking the SQL server drivers linked to each data sources, in response to the IBM communication and the planned maintenance to re-apply the Microsoft patches to ensure ODBC connections are made over TL S1.2.

We are no longer considering enhancements to the secure gateway component. This component will eventually be replaced.

Changed status to 'Future consideration'. I will note that it is actually possible to see which driver is used for a data source in secure gateway.

    Steps:

1- Select the secure gateway from the secure gateway main page. This should display the details for the secure gateway (gateway name and ID, security token, etc)

2 - Click the Data sources tab on the right side of the page

3 - Select the desired data source and click the ellipses to the right, click the edit option

4 - Click the Show DSN button in the middle of the dialog

    The driver will be displayed.

I've set this enhancement to Future consideration as I believe we can improve this flow. The secure gateway UI will be reworked/modernized in 2020.
