There is no clear request for an enhancement here. It's not clear if you want us to change how databases can be sorted or make the sort option persistent for each user looking at the list of databases. I'm changing the status of this request to 'Will not implement'.
IBM is reworking the user interface in Planning Analytics Administration to provide a list view of the TM1 databases. This will allow the admin user to see many more databases at the same time and may prevent the need to scroll to find a specific database. We are also evaluating options to limit which databases are displayed to users.
