Restore original functionality to TM1Crypt

In TM1 v10.2.2 you could use TM1Crypt within a TI process, using ExecuteCommand, whereby the process would pass the password to encrypt for a specified user. TM1Crypt would then create an encryption key file and an encrypted password file.

ExecuteCommand(tm1crypt.exe -pwd password -keyfile filename -outfile filename)

In PA this has to be done manually through a command prompt where by you will be prompted for the password

Will not implement. Our strategy involves containerization and SaaS. In both a containerized and SaaS environment there is no place for command line tools such as TM1Crypt.

Please look at using thew RunProcess Ti function instead of ExecuteCommand/TM1RunTI. Password management implement inside of a TM1 database is not recommended.

SplashTI2 has password encryption impended. Syntax is very similar to TM1RunTI, so it would't be a huge problem to migrate it.
