Changed status to Functionality already exists. It's possible for non-admins to publish Websheets and other contents. User must belong to a groups with Admin level access on the application folder (which doesn't require the Admin role in TM1).

Non Admin users should already be able to save views to the PA content store when they have permissions in that content store.
If this request is to publish websheets, please clarify.
