allow PAA to retrieve the latest n logs from the tm1 server log folder when number of supported log files is exceeded (currently 3000)

currently PAA can only retrieve logs from a tm1 server when there are less than 3001 logs in that folder; that is a limit easily exceeded, given how TM1 works and logs information. If there are more than 3000 files in the log folder then PAA is not able to retrieve any log. If the sheer number of log files is an issue for PAA then it should at least allow to access the latest n log files (e.g. latest 3000 files or even latest 100 files may be more useful than no files at all).
