Closing as delivered. Please examine the new Fill space layout option that was provided in 2.0.89. This can be used to build books that are fully responsive. Note that a new selector widget was also released in 2.0.89. This new widget can scale both horizontally and vertically. This may also be required to build responsive books.
I believe this idea may no longer be valid in current releases of the Planning Analytics Workspace (e.g 2.0.87). However, there is still one remaining widget, the selector widget, that cannot be vertically resized. With the release of Workspace 2.0.89 a new version of the selector widget that can be resized horizontally and vertically. Workspace 2.0.89 will also include a new 'Fill space' template that will scale the canvas exactly to the browser height and width. I believe these enhancements will fully address the problem that this idea is identifying.
I've set this idea to 'under development' and will close it after the release of the above mentioned features in 2.0.89 if there is no additional feedback.
A layout upgrade for Workspace is pending. It should resolve many sizing issues.
