Create and maintain Metric cubes from Workspace

It was mentioned on the Designing Workspace UIs in IBM Planning Analytics Workspace event on 29/10/2020 that the Metric chart will be added back into workspace after it was removed for the Cognos Analytics charting engine. If Metrics are coming back then we also need a UI to create and maintain them rather than using Performance Modeller.

Is there any updates on this topic? Metrics visualizations are great in PAW, but implementing those requires Performance Modeler (which seems to be depreciated in the future PA-versions).

So that means PAW has the ability to show legacy scorecards based on metrics cubes (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/planning-analytics/2.0.0?topic=es-metrics-cubes) that were created with Performance Modeler (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/planning-analytics/2.0.0?topic=scorecarding-understand-cognos-tm1) but there is no way to create or edit such metrics cubes without Performance Modeler?

This idea is not under consideration as part of the current Planning Analytics roadmap. We will consider enhancements to Workspace that make it easier to deploy scorecard based applications without the use of the Performance Modeler metrics objects.
