Remove Mcafee from Exception list for PAW validation

During the installation of Planning Analytics Workspace Local for Windows Server 2016 there are validation checks to confirm the system is ready for the installation of Workspace. Once of those checks called within the start.ps1 / paw.ps1 is on acceptable anti-virus. Currently if any service with McAfee name is running on the server, an error will be flagged and it will fail validation.

Previously McAfee's EndPoint Security didn't support the host that is hosting the containers, but as of the latest November patch, this product now supports the use of containers on the host system, just the product isn't supported inside the containers.

With this change it should now be possible to use Windows containers with McAfee and so the existing start.ps1 / paw.ps1 validation checks should no longer be blanketly throwing up errors if a service has McAfee in it's name.

Could validation procedure for PAW installation be edited to accompany this change.

Changed to Functionality already exists. It's already possible to disable the check for McAfee and other AV software in the Workspace deployment script.
