Shipped in PAW 2.0.68/69. We still need to support allowing Plans and Apps to be created and maintained in named folders. Without support for Plans and Apps in named folders the Analyst or Modeler creating the plan will need write access to the root of the shared folder.
Yes, we will do this. Current plan is for the Analyst role to be able to create new plans and applications. We are also looking at groups based capabilities to control which Analyst users may create a new plan.
