You can do this with one line and one column in "columns length" and "line position", but you can't do this with several lines and several columns.
It is not possible to have i.e. Actuals and Last Year Actuals as columns and Plan and Forecast as lines.
For that you need to use column color and line color. And there you can't use sets from the same dimension.
Functionality exist in current versions of Workspace (tested with 2.0.69). The fields panel can be used to set both the columns and line to different members from the same subset.
