Allow DBRWs to reference subsets as elements in PAX (user defined consolidations)

We are migrating from PA on-prem to the cloud, and therefore from Perspectives to PAX. We currently have dozens of Perspectives reports with DBRWs that reference subsets as elements and this works fine. These reports, however, are not useable in PAX. We do not wish to add consolidated elements for all of these subsets as the users who create the subsets do not have permission to edit the dimension and even if they did, it would make the dimension quite messy. The benefit of this idea is that it would make the transition from Perspectives to PAX much smoother.
