Return dynamically created views using drill-throughs

Currently drill-throughs render a different view object than the one passed to ReturnViewHandle, this is frustrating if you want to dynamically create a view in the drill through process in pass this through in the epilog. The reason you might want to do this is if you have a title dimension that you want as a subset containing a list of GL accounts as an example. Drill throughs would be much more useful if they just returned the exact view object that is being called in the function.
