Support NamedRange when using TM1Web URL API

Referring to this feature:

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/planning-analytics/2.0.0?topic=api-selecting-dimension-title-elements-websheet-objects

Currently on TM1Web (aka Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Service), the URL API supports Title_S#-R#-C#=elementNameOrIndex notation to define Title element value, however, this could become "annoying" as any report author may easily changed the S#-R#-C# reference after the template updated due to whatever reason, and it is also very difficult to identify where this reference has been used on "another template", therefore this is causing huge effort for regression testing for a simple adjustment on templates.

Suggesting to include something like Title_S#_NR{{named_range}}, so that we can reference a named range too, this would be hugely increase the usability of URL API.
