Must to Have. Its annoying when IBM rolls out feature that are not supported in PafE.
Must to have !! Lots of other useful use cases with Attributes in exploration view.
Hi Stuart. We do have a lot of use cases in our company and can't wait for you to add this feature! Often our controllers use Excel links to other files (lookup, match, sumif...) and hence only want to see the ID in the first column. Therefore they woul like to have the attribute description in the next column, which is beautifully done in web reports but not available in PAFE Explorations. Using DBRA is a bummer, as explorations do not copy the formula next to the exploration. Dynamic reports only work properly up to a certain size and are not as flexible as Exploration reports. Example for dimensions are profit center, account, business unit, entity...
Thank you for considering this feature!
This idea is currently not under consideration. The idea can continue to accumulate votes and comments. The IBM Planning Analytics tam may reconsider the status of this idea at a late date.
Yes, please! Add this functionality. For me this is a must have feature. I´m not sure why it hasn´t been brought up more often!
It´s easy to add the attributes to the cube viewer. I don´t undersatnd why they aren´t passed from the cube viewer to the exploration view:
