Note that we still have an option work item for support of Plans and Applications in folders other than the root of the shared folder. In most environments an analyst role user will not have permissions to create content in the root of the shared folder. While the analyst role can now create plans and application, they must have security to write to the root of the shared folder until we add support to create plans and apps in folders.
