Make the code for Conditional Formatting accessible so it can be customized

Similar to the MDX of a view, provide access to the code for conditional formatting so it can be updated to be more dynamic. An example would be where a user selects two different Categories to compare from a subset of all Categories. Then, those Categories are shown in the view and have Conditional Formatting applied. The formatting works, but it is hard-coded to the Categories selected when the formatting is initially applied. The code should be accessible so it can be updated to be dynamic where the conditional formatting applies for any two Categories the user selects.

I have update this idea to 'Not under consideration'. We do not intent to expose the conditional format logic statements for customization. However, we are planning on improving the conditional formatting capabilities, starting with support for custom color palettes.

Promoted to existing work item. Although we are not planning on exposing code, we are adding more conditional formatting options. This might include conditional formatting based on attribute values of members in the row or column axis of the view, formatting based on member level, etc. In addition, we are going to support more formatting features such as custom colors.
