Allow Adding of Existing Element to New Hiearchy

When creating a new hierarchy, or editing an existing hierarchy, you can't add an existing element (one that you created previously and exists in the Leaves hierarchy, or another hierarchy). It complains that it 'already exists' even though it DOESN'T exist in the hierarchy you are editing. If you type the name of an EXISTING element that is NOT in the current hierarchy, it should add the existing element instead of complaining that it already exists.

This sounds like a defect or we are missing more specific details about the problem. Using a current version of TM1 Server (PA 2.0.9.11) we tested creating a new dimension with a few leaf members. We then created an alternate hierarchy in the dimension with a leaf member that is not in the same named hierarchy. We then tested added some leaf members to the alternate hierarchy that have the same name as the members in the same named hierarchy. This was not able to reproduce an error message.

If this was a very basic defect it seems to have been resolved.
