Welcome Invitation Design Refinements

When sending out an invitation to new users, some users fear the welcome invitation is SPAM.


Here are some reasons they suspect it is SPAM:

  • Uses links with sendgrid.net, rather than IBM

  • Formatting is not professional

  • When arriving in an inbox with some images blocked, it does not come across clearly

IBM Planning Analytics is a world-class planning tool. When someone is first introduced to the tool, the onboarding experience should be fantastic. They should feel welcome and comfortable they are using a world-class tool.
