PAW book expansion of consolidations on element change in the selection

When a user tries to create a book from a view and the view have a dimension with one main consolidation(root) and multiple consolidated children, then if the user try to drag and paste it on the top and select a leaf element from this dimension, the main view gets updated with the correct data and shows the single element that he/she has selected.

But after this, if the user try to change the element in the top placed dimension, back to root element, the consolidation in the view itself gets expanded and start showing root consolidation and the immediate children. It is supposed to show just the consolidated element that is selected.

As the developers will be using this for reporting purpose, it becomes very hectic for end users to collapse it from the view again and again. So, this should be in consistent with how a user view data in a cube view(only that element should be visible that user has selected).

Updated status to future consideration. Although this idea is not on the current IBM Planning Analytics roadmap we will keep it in the idea backlog and reevaluate at a later date.

Note that the problem doesn't happen if the user enters the set editor and clicks the apply button after moving the dimension to the context axis of the view. This action persists the state of the member selection on the context axis.
