Permit relative proportional spread using a consolidated element that has negative weighted elements.

Let's say you want to spead 10000$ over 12 months in broker fees and you want to base your spread on net sales (a level 2 element for example). If the net sales has deductions for transport (weight is -1), you will get an error stating that there is a rule. This error is incorrect so needs to be corrected.

We need to have this type of spread available for Web users. We are getting complaints.

    We were not able to reproduce this error in a simple testcase using a current version of the TM1 database (2.0.9.14). Is it possible to provide model object files where you can reproduce the problem?

    It also may be possible that this was a defect in an older version of the TM1 database that has been addressed in the current release. We recommend testing with 2.0.9.14 if possible.
