Display Timezone When Scheduling Chores in PAW

In the PAW chore scheduling screens you have no way of knowing what timezone the screen is setting the schedule for. From looking at the screen i don't know for sure if the time is based on my own timezone or the server's.

Even a tooltip or item displayed on the screen saying what the time and date are based on would help.

The Architect screens at least show you the GMT time etc so you can compare.

Needed By Not sure -- Just thought it was cool

The chore is scheduled in the timezone of the user (based on the what timezone the web browser reports). We are updating the Chore editorin PAW to always show both GMT and the local timezone when viewing scheduled chores. This should make it clear when the chore is expected to run.
