Allow http links to be used within PAW for on premise (local) installations

Currently the widgets for adding images/media/webpages within a book within PAW are restricted to https links. If http is used an error is displayed, the web page must be accessed using an https link.

Whilst this may be fine for a cloud based environment, many local/on premise installations have environments configured for use with just http. If a configuration could be added to workspace to optionally allow/disable the use of http web pages, this would open up development opportunities without forcing clients to implement https
